Welcome to Day 8 of your 14 Day Meditation Challenge. My name is Katie and I am guiding you through these meditations. So, lets bring our awareness to sensations in our body right here and now! As you can guess, this meditation is dedicated to sensations.
When you meditate you can find that comfortable seated position and be guided through this meditation or you can even lay down if that is better for you. Just the fact that you are taking time out of your day to connect to your breath and your body is so amazing!
