Day 14 of 14! I hope that you have been able to feel the amazing benefits that a daily meditation has to offer you. From reducing stress and anxiety to lengthening your attention span, there is too many benefits to not continue to mediate. My goal for this challenge was to offer you this meditation challenge in hopes that you do it and that you can feel for yourself the benefits and the formation of a habit.
