Welcome to Day 12 of your 14 Day Meditation Challenge. Today's meditation is dedicated to quieting the mind. Meditation is a great tool to have so that you can begin to quiet the mind. There is no such thing as turning off all your thoughts, but when we sit in meditation we can connect to our breath and allow the thoughts to come and go like waves in the ocean. Over time you allow the thoughts to drift by without attaching or grasping to them. This is an amazing benefit of meditation.
