What the heck even is wellness? You might be asking.
What I first want to say is wellness is not a one stop shop and it doesn't look the same for everyone. What works for me might not work for you! And that is okay, but in order to figure out what works for you you have to begin to try things. Improving your wellness is simple, but it isn't easy. This will take small daily/weekly and even monthly habits to improve your health and welness and overall wellbeing.
The Global Institute of Wellness defines wellness as: "the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyle, that lead to a state of holistic health."
