It's Time to Nourish Yourself

If you are someone who needs to schedule in the time to nourish yourself through self care practices, this is the class for you! Katie from Holistically Humble will guide you through a centering practice followed by a yoga class designed to give you a deep stretch in the legs and hips, finishing the class off with a nourishing meditation and time to journal, reflect, and integrate.

What to bring:

+ A yoga mat (not required, but recommended)

+ A cushion to sit in meditation if desired

+ A blanket to stay warm and cozy during savasana and meditation

+ A journal/paper and pen

+ A willingness to connect to your breath and body
