Homemade Ginger Lemonade

This is so delicious and the perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I am so stoked for you to try it!

Recipe: Homemade Lemonade Ginger Lemonade


Ginger Syrup:

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 cup raw sugar

  • 1/2 cup chopped organic ginger

Ginger Lemonade:

  • 3/4-1* cup ginger syrup

  • 1/3 cup raw sugar

  • 4-5 organic lemons, juiced

  • 4 cups filtered water

*add 3/4 to start, stir and taste and add more if desired


  1. Wash ginger well and then begin to peel the skin off of it and cut into pieces.

  2. In a sauce pan add the water and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling add the sugar and stir constantly over heat until dissolved.

  3. Add the diced organic ginger to the sugar water and reduce heat to medium-low for 10 minutes to simmer.

  4. Remove from stove and let steep and cool for about an hour or so.

  5. Strain ginger pieces from liquid and set aside.

  6. In a blender add 4 cups of water, juice of lemons, sugar, and syrup and blend for a minimum 20 seconds.

  7. Taste the ginger lemonade and add more water, lemons, syrup as necessary until desired flavour is achieved.

  8. Pour lemonade in a glass jar and store in the fridge to use up to a week.
