Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll be guided through gentle yoga practices that align with the rhythms of fall, helping you release tension, ground yourself, and create a space for reflection.


What You Can Expect from this Series


In this 6-week journey, we'll gather each Wednesday beginning September 25th for a 1-hour live yoga class at 6:30pm PST. These classes are perfect for all levels, offering a blend of gentle flows, restorative postures, and mindfulness practices to calm your mind and soothe your body. Each week is carefully crafted to align with the themes of fall, guiding you through a process of letting go, turning inward, and cultivating inner peace. Here is a sneak peak at what you'll experience over the 6 weeks:


Week 1: Grounding Into Autumn Start the series by grounding your energy with slow, intentional movements and postures that connect you to the earth.


Week 2: Embracing Stillness Explore deep stillness through restorative poses that allow your body to release tension and your mind to find calm.


Week 3: Turning Inward

This week's practice focuses on slow flows and mindful breathing to encourage introspection and self-awareness.


Week 4: Letting Go

Just like the falling leaves, we'll work on letting go of stress, anxiety, and anything that no longer serves you.


Week 5: Cultivating Warmth

As the days grow cooler, we'll focus on generating inner warmth through breathwork and gentle movement to nourish your body, mind, and soul.


Week 6: Harvesting Inner Peace

In our final session, we'll reflect on the journey focusing on restorative poses and meditation to leave you feeling centered and at peace.
