Come Back to YOUR Body: One Thing I'd Tell You

Especially if you've been living from the neck up...


And honestly, this may seem so simple. But it is something that is so p o w e r f u l.


What is it, you may be asking? The BREATH!


When you pause to take a moment throughout the day and consciously breathe, this can provide you an instant reset to come out of the mind and back into your body. And did I mention it is so accessible to tap into at ANY POINT throughout the day?


I invite you to take a moment to pause today and take 5 conscious deep breaths. Take an inhale through your nose, pause for a second or two, and then slowly exhale through the nose or mouth. Focus on allowing your exhales be longer that your inhales. Bonus if you have one hand on your heart or on your belly for the extra sense of connection to your body.


There you have it, a simple & accessible practice to come back in to your body.
